Experienced from construction to completion
Fenix Interiors is led by Susie and Romão Batista, a husband-and-wife team with more than 30 years of combined experience across construction, property development and high-end residential renovations.
Romão previously built and ran a successful construction business and now oversees the sites, trades, programmes and costs behind every Fenix Interiors project.
Susie previously founded and ran a luxury interiors business in Cheshire, working with high-profile clients across substantial residential renovations. Her commercial and client experience supports the planning, communication and administration of each project.
Together, they have delivered refurbishments, property conversions and residential development projects across the North West. That background means Fenix Interiors understands both the construction work and the level of organisation required to deliver it properly.
